            As we wake up every morning a thought comes to many of us is 'Should I exercise today?'If we manage to answer it with an affirmative 'Yes',the day flows smoothly with some sense of accomplishment.But if we choose the other side of yes i.e 'NO' then definitely we are compromising.
             If you follow these simple steps and make a part of your routine then Exercise is fun and you can stay healthy.Let us define a simple Daily health task......
          1. Invest five minutes for breathing fresh oxygen in the early morning open air-Every morning
          2. Perform some activity or exercise for atleast 30 minutes-Every day.
          3. Eat plenty of fruits & vegetables;avoid processed foods-Every meal
          4. Exercise your brain by learning a new skill-Every day
          5. Move your body every now and then. Don't become a statue-Every hour
          6. Ensure you are aligned to gravity holding your body in the right posture-Every moment
          7. Never postpone the urge to visit the loo(Toilet)-Every time
          8. Hug somebody-Anytime
          Now the choice is left to you... Either you 'Get up' or 'Wake up'. Happy health.
